Serpent King Bonus Features
The Serpent King slot has implemented a handful of bonus features that gamers may encounter during play. The Serpent Wild is unique and can be upgraded via the progress bar. The base function of the Serpent Wild is to substitute for all base game symbols to form or increase matching symbol combinations.
The Serpent Wild feature can be upgraded over time during Serpent King play by collecting Gold Coins on the reels. The Serpent Wild will upgrade for every 30 Gold Coins collected, with a maximum of 3 upgrades in play.

The third and final Serpent Wild upgrade occurs after 90 Gold Coins are landed, and will make the Wild hold in place until it is part of at least one matching symbol combination. The multiplier will increase by 1x for every consecutive matching symbol combination in Serpent King. The Wild symbol may move on the reels, and it will be removed from the reels once it is not part of a matching symbol combination.
Once all Serpent Wild upgrades have occurred, the progress meter will transform into a 6th reel, which can not land any of the lower-value traditional playing card symbols.
On occasions, the Serpent Wild symbol in Serpent King may appear on the reels with a multiplier but not be used. When this occurs, the multiplier will be stored in the Multiplier Stone, which will be awarded next time the Serpent Wild lands.
Each time the Serpent Wild symbol lands on a spin with no prizes awarded, the Serpent Respins feature may trigger at random. If the feature is triggered, the Serpent Wild will be locked in place, and 1 base play symbol will be highlighted. The remaining positions on the Serpent King reels will respin, and if new instances of the highlighted symbol land, the Respin feature will continue. The feature will conclude once no new highlighted symbol kinds are added.
